2日本にっぽんの小学校しょうがっこうと中学校ちゅうがっこうに通かよっている外国人がいこくじんの子こどもは、去年きょねん５月がつに７万まん７０００人にんになりました。１０年ねん前まえより１万まん人にん以上いじょう増ふえました。
3このため、小学校しょうがっこうと中学校ちゅうがっこうで日本語にほんごを教おしえる先生せんせいも増ふえています。ＮＨＫが調しらべると、今年ことし１５００人にんいることがわかりました。4１０年ねん前まえの１．５倍ばい、２５年ねん前まえの４．５倍ばいです。
先生せんせいの給料きゅうりょうの約やく３０％は国くにが出だしていますが、残のこりのお金かねは都道府県とどうふけんや市しが出だします。5このため、外国人がいこくじんの子こどもが増ふえて先生せんせいを多おおくした都道府県とどうふけんなどは、お金かねがたくさん必要ひつようになっています。
6先生せんせいが足たりなくて、日本語にほんごをしっかり教おしえることができない学校がっこうもあります。
7外国人がいこくじんの子こどもが多おおい愛知県あいちけん、群馬県ぐんまけん、静岡県しずおかけんなどは、国くにはもっとお金かねを出だして応援おうえんしてほしいと強つよく言いっています。
